  • The Duplex Parque Santiago 2 is a terraced house on two floors and is situated in a well maintained complex overlooking the sea and the beautiful beach of Las Americas. The pool is heated in winter and located just a few steps outside the apartment. All shops, restaurants, hair salons, banks and ATMs can be easily reached on foot. The property has two bedrooms upstairs, a bedroom with double bed, a bedroom with 2 single beds and a modern living room. The highlight of the two terraces. From the upper terrace you have an indirect sea views on two sides and a fantastic view to the pool. The terraces have a seating area and sun loungers. The cozy living area features a living room with leather sofa and a dining corner, which is directly adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has a flat-screen TV with satellite programs and a small stereo.
    The kitchen has a ceramic hob, oven, fridge and freezer, microwave, and toaster, kettle and coffee maker. Internet is available via Wi-Fi free of charge. There is also a washing machine with iron and ironing board.
    The apartment is ideal for swimming and beach holidays, even for a longer stay, it is ideally suited. The plant has a very nice pool area. The sunbeds around the pool are available at an additional charge. At the pool there is also a bistro for snacks and ice in between (surcharge).

Overall the property needed cleaning when we arrived. Witch we did.Location great. The only thing that spoiled it the last week from 7am till gon midnight people smoking Pot and the smell was awful.We could not sit on the balcony or the bottom terrace. Had to keep doors closed.Shame.

Overall very happy with our stay. The location is great with easy access to everything you want in Las Americas. The duplex is a little dated but very functional, will happily stay again. Only criticism will be that the fridge was positioned on a slope and the door could swing open and cause things to fall out, but once noticed it could be avoided. We had a lovely time.

Nice clean accommodation. Was quiet and peaceful in garden area . The pool was nice and big but you did have to pay for sun loungers. Good location for restaurants shops. WiFi in back bedroom didn't work only outside of that room otherwise was good. We had a very nice week and hope to return.

Loved the location of the property and the property layout. Enjoyed having the pool onsite but I don't remember being told we had to pay for the sun beds every day €5 per bed.Not expensive but adds up. The location of the apartment was excellent close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops. There is a supermarket right by the entrance to the property. The apartment itself was lovely and clean, it had everything you needed and if you wanted to cook at home everything was there. There were a couple of minor issues, the pillows on the bed need updating, they are very thin and only 1 on each bed and there was no handsoap in either of the bathrooms. Luckily we had brought our own but I think it would be nice if it was included. Loved that beach towels were provided and the private garden to eat breakfast in was great. We highly recommend and would stay here again.

Perfectly located

Searched found booked this property for a weeks holiday to tenerife ideal location to shops restaurants and the resort of playa las americas. Very secure property with no public access the apartment was perfect as is the pool and grounds

Location and resort itself were really good but this apartment was a big fail for us with things unclean {crockery, cutlery, pans}, unusable (oven, microwave, rusty kettle) or missing completely (barbecue grill ,outside chair pads and sunbed mats toaster) DvD player was broken as was Cd player. We had to wait in for the maintenance guy to come and fix the TV as that didn't work eitherNoisy fridge freezer in lounge which is propped up to keep it straight. Downstairs toilet ran water all night and the lights flickered constantly. Cupboards and doors either didnt close or stuck due to them being painted recentlyand the bedding was worn, thin and bobbly making it very uncomfortable.Trading standards would have a field day with this apartment as it was simply not as described.On going dispute

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt. Die Aussicht von der Terrasse auf das Meer und zum Pool ist wirklich wunderschön. Das Haus hat einen schönen kleinen Garten, zum Pool sind es nur wenige Meter und alles ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und eine ruhige Badebucht in unmittelbarer Nähe. Alles in allem ein sehr positiver Urlaub. Kommen gerne wieder.

Tolle Wohnung! Tolle Lage!

Das Haus ist wie beschrieben zu 100 %. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und werden auf jeden Fall nochmal kommen. Die Übergabe hat super geklappt, das Haus war blitzeblank sauber und in einem einwandfreien Zustand. Wir hatten nur wenige Meter zum Pool, was unsere Tochter sehr gefreut hat. Man konnte auf der Terrasse das Meeresrauschen hören. Herrlich ruhig und super gut ausgestattet! In der Nähe gute Restaurants. Den Chinesen "Rong-Cheng" und das Restaurant "La Montana" können wir nur empfehlen. Wir kommen gerne wieder....

property is ok a little overpriced considering the general maintenance issues all floor tiles are with out grout and move under foot toaster is faulty and had a shock on first use ,one of the beds had Brocken leg and was unusable the oven tripped electrics and rear gate handle was broken on arrival ,black spot mould in bathroom ceiling and shower tray upstairs wc not secured to floor, patio foulage over hanging with sharp thorns i think you get the general idea, lick i said over priced in addition we had to pay extra for use of pool loungers and shades approx. 5 euros per day per person

Parque Santiago II

Whilst we do not go on holiday necessarily for the accommodation, having stayed at 3 other properties on this complex, this apartment does need some attention. It was clean, great location and as a host Sven and Cristina were excellent and very accommodating, but the apartment was looking a little tired in places and areas needing to be upgraded especially in the bathroom and downstairs toilet. I don't want to sound too negative, but this was just our observations whilst staying.

Sonne satt

Wie der Titel schon sagt: Sonne satt, die Villa ist klasse, sauber und gut gelegen. Der Strand, alle Geschäfte, Restaurants sind innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar. Der Blick zum Pool und an 2 Seiten zum Meer ist phantastisch! Nachts war es sehr ruhig, da der Poolbereich abends abgeschlossen wird. Wir haben die Nächte auf dem Balkon und der Terrasse sehr genossen. Die Küche ist toll ausgestattet, sogar eine deutsche Filter-Kaffeemaschine ist vorhanden. Internet über WLAN sehr gut. Wir kommen gern wieder. Empfehlen kann man die lange Stradpromenade. Danke an das Team für die gute Betreuung. Bis bald K+F

Wir kommen gerne wieder

Im Juni waren wir (Familie mit einem Kleinkind) zu Gast in dem wunderschönen Apartment im Parque Santiago 2. Für unsere Tochter wurde uns ein Babybett kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt. Wir haben im Hauptschlafzimmer geschlafen, von dem wir auf den Balkon rausgehen konnten und den Meerblick und das Meeresrauschen genießen konnten. Die Küche und das Wohnzimmer sind absolut top ausgestattet. Es fehlt nichts. Die Lage ist sehr gut, man braucht nicht einmal die Anlage zu verlassen, um essen zu gehen oder einkaufen zu können. Die Nächte waren trotz der zentralen Lage erstaunlich ruhig. Wir haben sehr gut geschlafen. Der Pool ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Wir kommen sehr gerne nächstes Jahr wieder.

Schönes Apartment in sehr guter zentraler Lage

Uns hat das Apartment sehr gut gefallen. Wir brauchten nur zur Tür rauszugehen und waren direkt in der Fußgängerzone mit ganz vielen Geschäften und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Es gibt direkt in der Anlage einen sehr gut ausgestatteten Supermarkt und mehrere sehr gute Restaurants, die günstige Pizza haben und auch spanische Gerichte. Durch den kleinen privaten Garten kann man direkt zum Pool gehen (nur wenige Schritte). Die ganze Anlage ist sehr sauber und gepflegt. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet mit Ledersofa, Fernseher und Internetanschluss. Auch die Küche ist toll - wir haben aber meistens nur gefrühstückt und sind abends essen gegangen. Vom oberen Balkon hat man Meerblick und einen tollen Blick zum Pool. Wir haben sehr geschlafen (gute Matratzen) und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Urlaub wie im Paradies!

Wir möchten uns noch einmal bedanken für den tollen Urlaub! Wir hatten 8 wunderschöne Tage auf Teneriffa in dem Duplexapartment im Parque Santiago 2. Die Wohnung ist eigentlich ein Reihenhaus auf 2 Etagen, im Erdgeschoss ist der Eingang, ein kleines Gäste-WC, die Küche und ein großes Wohnzimmer mit Essecke. Draußen gibt es einen kleinen privaten Garten mit Terrasse und Sonnenliegen und ein Türchen, durch das man einen kurzen Weg zum Pool hat. Eine Treppe führt innerhalb des Hauses nach oben, wo das Badezimmer und 2 Schlafzimmer sind. Vom Schlafzimmer kann man auf die herrliche Terrasse rausgehen, wo man einen tollen Blick zum Meer hat (man kann das Meer an zwei verschiedenen Stellen sehen, geradeaus und beim Blick nach rechts). Aber allein der Poolblick ist schon toll, wir haben dort abends mit Kerzenstein und Wein oft gesessen und die herrliche Ruhe genossen. Man kann sehr gut die Brandung des Meeres hören. Uns hat das sehr entspannt, da wir immer mit offenen Fenster geschlafen haben und wir schon mit Meeresrauschen geweckt wurden : ) Die Ausstattung war absolut toll. Die Küche hatte alles, was man zum Kochen braucht - unsere eigene Küche zu Hause ist nicht so gut ausgestattet wie die dieses Hauses. Wir werden allen unseren Freunden das Duplex-Apartment weiterempfehlen.

Sehr erholsame Ferien

Schon lange freuten wir uns auf diesen Urlaub. Allerdings waren wir ein bißchen skeptisch, denn das gebuchte Duplex schien alles zu beinhalten was ein gelungener Urlaub erfordert aber ist es dann vor Ort auch wirklich so? Ja!!! Hier schon. Wir wurden vor Ort von Stefan herzlich begrüßt, auch bot das Haus alles was es versprach. Eine geschmackvolle Einrichtung, eine voll ausstaffierte Küche, sehr bequeme Betten, wir konnten nachts im Bett das Meeresrauschen hören, mehr als genug Stauraum, Waschmaschine, Wäscheständer mit genügend Klammern und sogar Bügeleisen und Bügelbrett, alles war vorhanden und in gepflegtem Zustand. Auch das WLAN funktionierte einwandfrei. Wir haben sehr oft auf der Terrasse abends gesessen, auch oben auf dem Balkon haben wir vor dem Schlafengehen noch einmal den Blick zum Meer genossen und auch der geheizte Pool wurde von unseren Kids (8 und 12) und von uns sehr viel genutzt. Ein Mietwagen ist nicht notwendig, aber wir wollten etwas von Teneriffa erkunden und da war es von Vorteil. Es gibt viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Supermärkte in der unmittelbaren Nähe, auch Restaurants aller Nationalitäten sind vorhanden. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall sofort wieder buchen und können es nur wärmstens weiterempfehlen!

In die Jahre gekommenes Objekt, für 4 Erwachsene eher ungeeignet.

Gepflegte Anlage, gute Lage abseits des ganz großen Trubels und trotzdem sehr zentral. Schöner Pool, allerdings begrenzte Öffnungszeiten. Supermarkt in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung hingegen weniger gepflegt, sehr in die Jahre gekommen und mit nur einem Schlüssel. Eigentlich schöne Raumaufteilung über zwei Etagen mit zwei Toiletten, allerdings ungeeignet für vier Erwachsene. Betten im „Kinderzimmer“ provisorisch und durchgelegen, keine ausreichenden Ablage- und Verstaumöglichkeiten für Gepäck. Badezimmer renovierungsbefürftig (Dusche schimmelt, Wasserhahn völlig verkalkt), keine Abstellmöglichkeit für Badartikel. Auf der Terrasse nur zwei Plastikstühle, keine Stuhlauflagen. Zwei Liegen vorhanden, beide jedoch gebrochen. Küchenausstattung soweit gut, Kühlschrank allerdings von außen völlig rostig, Gefrierfach schließt nicht. Je nach Einstellung also Wasser im Kühlschrank aus dem Eisfach oder gefrorenes Kühlgut im obersten Fach. Fazit: Nach Renovierung und Austausch einiges defekten Inventars eigentlich schönes Objekt für zwei Erwachsene und zwei Kinder.

Grubby and tired

What an awful property! While check in and communication was simple enough, this property is absolutely filthy with many broken pieces of furniture which are pure health a safety issue. Where to start - a patio chair in the garden was being “held up” by a bucket as the two back legs were missing. My 76 year old mum sat on it and nearly fell off - the arm of the patio chair on the upstairs terrace had also cracked and that was unsafe - the fridge door in the kitchen was rusty and moldy - the fan in the bedroom had brown grime all over it - none of the doors around the handles look like they’ve ever been cleaned. The dirt looked like it was baked in, but with a simple bit of elbow grease, it came off - just shows the cleaners had never attempted to clean it. - the dining chairs had layers of dust in them, again looked like they’d never been touched - the two sunbeds in the garden were cracked on the main supports - not sure how long they will last. - the ceiling fan was broken and the outside terrace light didn’t work I messaged the host and she did arrange for new patio chairs, the fridge and fan to be removed, the fan and terrace light to be fixed to be fair, but there seems to be no inspection of the property before you go in, so these issues should never have arisen in the first place. I did message about the cleanliness of the place but this wasn’t acknowledged. In my opinion, the host should inspect the cleaners work before the property gets handed over.

On arrival we were met by a very pleasant lady who showed us to the villa. After she left, we had a look around and realised it was not very clean. Before I wrote this review I contacted the owner about the condition of the place and he said we should have contacted him straight away and he would have got the cleaner back in as it had been a quick turn around from other holiday makers, it needed more than a quick clean. Areas of the villa were discussing the shower being one of them. There was mold on the walls and the door and brown staining were I don't think it had ever been cleaned. Hair and dirt on floors.The fridge was equally discussing and the door is very rusty. It also did not work correctly and kept freezing the food we put in it. The owner did state that a new one was being delivered this past week. There were lights that don't work, with fittings missing and the fan in the living room has thick brown dust covering the blades. There was an hole in the kitching ceiling were there was an ants nest. The kitchen, beds rooms and bathroom were infested. The smell in the bathroom from the mold and drains was over powering we had to put in an air freshener. Bedding was aweful, looked like it had been there years, sheets did not fit correctly and for a 2 week stay there was no spares. The washing machine does not work either. Not enough room to say about rest! Complex it's self was beautiful and spotless. Such a shame we would def return, but not to this villa.

It’s a building site, no communications at all until we arrived.

The reason we booked this property was because of it’s proximity to the pool. We were massively disappointed when we arrived as the whole pool area was being dug up. Not only did this mean we couldn’t use the pool and overlooked a building site the workmen started using mechanical diggers from 08:00 - 17:00 each week day. We were only told of this when we actually arrived, if we had been told beforehand we would definitely have cancelled. Other property owners obviously had greater integrity and told their customers as the complex was virtually empty. Extremely poor on behalf of both the owner and the manager, I don’t know how they can ruin peoples well earned holidays. The interior of the apartment was very tired, not matching the bright and well maintained photos on the listing. The downstairs toilet had no seat and the shower holder on the wall was broken, there were 4 of us but only 3 outside chairs, these, along with both outside tables were very old and dirty. The bedding was old and the pillows pretty disgusting to be honest. The fridge was rusty and difficult to close, several lights were not working, a glass/plastic lamp shade in the bedroom was broken. The sofa bed was broken and creaky. I could go on with a large list of tired items and it needs redecorating. On the second day we tried the hob and it continued heating even when turned off, we reported and it was replaced within 2 days but we had to keep the fuse turned off which also operated the hot water system. A second set of keys would have been useful, especially for a family of 4 who wanted to leave and come back at different times on occasions. Overall very disappointed, we complained to the manager requesting a substantial discount, he contacted the owner who only offered 10% and refused to budge. The manager did offer his commission on top of this.

très belle propriété, propre, que dire de la belle piscine chauffée à 1 minute de notre condo , près de la mer 5 minutes à pied , pleins de restaurants, de super marché, près des 2 arrêts d'autobus principales et lorsque qu'on écrit à Sven il répond presque immédiatement , très belle vacance

Lovely Apartment Shame about the Service

When we arrived we had to wait outside the complex for over an hour. When the person finally arrived he didn’t know where the apartment was as he took us all round the complex to back to where we started & I was with my elderly mother with two suitcases. Not really acceptable. I asked about Wi-Fi & TV he said it’ll work tomorrow, left several messages from the free Wi-Fi from Tourist Office opposite but he never came round. So we had No TV or Wi-Fi for a week. I also asked about the safe he said it was 3 euros a day & had to go through a different company & not to bother as it was very safe. The apartment is lovely with a nice garden with the sun all day. It had everything you needed and we will stay there again it’s just such a shame about the service as we had no contact with anyone.

Very nice clean and comfortable apartment with lovely sunny patio and garden. Very well equipped with everything you would need. We enjoyed our stay very much.
