"We had a great stay at this hotel. It is a huge place with lots of pool and restaurant options, and brilliant staff. The restaurant setup is fairly unique, we ate at five different options even without being able to sample the top two (as they are adults only and we had our baby with us). Smart dress is required at each, reservations pretty much mandatory to get in due to the demand (it was. busy week when we stayed). Decent mix of cuisines, some variability in service but most staff were...

We were booked in mon - Mon so Saturday wasn't good. Asked for new towels and was refused and told to wash them in the laundrette. Cleaner came on Saturday and swapped the towels and...
