A lovely studio on the Azahara Playa complex which is on the borders of Las Americas and Los Cristianos and only 2 minutes from Las Vistas beach. The studio enjoys panoramic sea views and uninterrupted sun on the balcony as it is on the top floor. There is also a washing machine.

The Space:
Azahara Playa 23 - Studio is situated on the 5th floor of this popular complex and has lift access. The panoramic sea views from this penthouse apartment are stunning. The balcony is furnished with a patio table and chairs, sun lounger, and clothes airer. There is also a sun awning. Patio doors lead back into the studio which consists of 2 single beds with a large mirror, and bedside tables with bedside lights. There is also a single sofa bed, flat-screen TV with English and international satellite channels, DVD player, and wifi internet access. The owners thoughtfully have arranged some bookshelves with a selection of books for guests to borrow. There is also a ceiling fan to keep the studio chilled. The kitchen area consists of a microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, sink, and 2-ring hob. There is also a dining table and 3 chairs. The bathroom consists of a shower cubicle, wash hand basin, WC, and washing machine.

The owner also requires a final cleaning fee of 50 euros and please note the security bond of 100 euros is also payable with the booking fee.
