The home was clean. Everything you should need for a short trip was available to us. The location was amazing. You are within eye shot of the beach. The hot tub was nice. The host was responsize. "We parked and walked everywhere. Enjoyed our weekend stay in the cozy studio...with earplugs & sleep masks. It was bright and we did leave windows open to hear the tranquil waves and get airflow, but you hear the rest of Capitola as well :). I would've given 5 stars, but the sliding screen door was just sitting separately on the balcony, some holes in the window screens and the bathroom fan didn't work."
