"Booked this hotel for one night as we had an early flight the following morning. One of the best hotels I've stayed in in Portugal. Room was large and clean, staff where brilliant and it's in an excellent location for access to the metro system and airport. There was also the added bonus of a free airport shuttle. "Location perfect. Premium room with balcony - room spacious and beds comfortable.Very quiet. Balcony a lovely retreat after a busy day to chill in sun with city views. Staff very helpful- Pedro paricularly ( recommended good restaurant and successfully printed off bus tickets for us) Good breakfast. It would be nice if cafe had more selection of alcoholic drinks and was open later than 7 - a minor point as there are bars nearby and a pingo doce supermarket 5 mins walk away. We had brunch in adjoining cafe twice which had a good range and well priced. It would be useful if hotel staff could advise about where booked taxis could pick up as it is on a pedestrian street. Our Airpot transfer taxi did not turn up - fortunately the taxi rank is 5 mins walk away but we then paid almost double. Altogether a lovely stay in a good hotel. "
