"Overall I had a nice stay here, room was always clean and well stocked with everything you needed. View of the mariner was relaxing, dinner at The Loft Restaurant was lovely and service from the staff was excellent especially from Jadon, he was very inviting and helpful. What I didn’t like was that I was warmly welcomed on arrival, but during my stay no one checked in and on departure there was no one to help with luggage down the stairs. I also believe you should offer the guest the option of late check out even if a fee is charged for those guest who don’t have early flights."
