"I arrived at the hotel during the late morning hours. I was greeted by the management who was then kind enough to let me check-in to my room. Considering my flight from the West coast of the U.S.A. and the train travel from Amsterdam to Arnhem, the early check-in with no additional charge shows the hotel management cares for their customers.
