"We are glad we chose this hostel for our one night stay. The only tricky part was finding the S21 to Trogen as it is past the train station near a corner and unmarked, but a local helped us. The hostel is a short walk down a steep incline from the Birnbaume stop. It is clean and the breakfast is adequate. The view from the cafeteria is lovely. Board the S21 back towards town to Marktplatz to visit the Cathedral and Abbey Library."

"Ich habe 1Nacht im Mehrbettzimmer verbracht. Die Herbergsfamilie u. das personal sind sehr freundlich. Zimmer/ Sanitärbereiche sind sauber u. wenn man sich überwunden hat die gebrauchte Beiwäsche das Treppenhaus hinunter zu werfen ist alles in bester Ordnung. Die Krönung für mich war das Frühstück das im Zeichen des100Jährigen JUHE bestehen, stand. Es gab alles was das Herz begehrte, sagenhaft. "Excellent location. Walking about 15 min on the same street to City Center. Quiet place. Very clean. The place had everything we needed for our trip, including kitchen utensils. Everything we did was via machines and we did not meet a single person. It was a bit weird but everything worked out. The check-in machine on the right did not have the letter "D" so that was a problem."

"Perfect hotel for my touring holiday. Staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Good range of food for breakfast served in the beautiful Le Marrakech restaurant salon. Sites in the historic Altstadt a short walk away. Even better for me the hotel was directly opposite the train station (routes to Switzerland and Germany),the bus station and a short walk to the harbour (for ships to Mainau Island and Bodensee towns). The room i chose was comfortable but quite basic. A kettle or coffee maker and supplies would have been a welcome addition. Nevertheless, I would highly recommend Hotel Malm."
