"Faultless stay at the Van der Valk Hotel Delft A4. The room was spotless and comfortable, I loved the rainfall shower. Check in & out was efficient and the staff were courteous and friendly. "We had a terrible experience. We went to check in for our reserved room at Hotel La Noire. at 3:00 pm . After signing in and paying the city tax, the reservation clerk told us our room was not at the property.. She had a key, led us out the front door , across the canal to a different street in a seedy neighborhood to a building with a pizza parlor underneath where she pointed our room would be.

"Beautiful reimagining of a historic building into a modern hotel that is welcoming and comfortable. The location is lovely and walkable to everything Delft has to offer (a lot!). We visited in June when the weather was particularly warm and sunny. The trip was highly enjoyable in part due to the weather and in part due to the warm service from nearly everyone we met in the hotel. As very regular travellers, we really appreciate service that is above and beyond the usual standard! We would recommend the hotel to our friends!"
