"Lovely spacious room. Sunroom was great to have a place to sit and read. Owner very kind and thoughtful. Restaurant The Cottage was excellent! Chef Shane and all his staff were so welcoming and food was amazing - so we dined there twice. A little gem in Armidale!"

"The reception staff was courteous and the apartment was very clean. They were very generous with bath towels and there were lots of towel racks. There was a sink in the main bedroom which was a plus. The only negatives were that the front door was a bit dodgy and the TV didn't work which was disappointing as we wanted to watch the AO men's final. We stayed for only one night but would definitely return and highly recommend this place to others."

"Upon arrival we were greeted warmly by Angela the manager who upgraded our room which was a nice surprise. The room was spotless and bed really comfy. Continental breakfast was great and reasonably priced. "
