"2026年9月宿泊 まずチェックインの際にパスポートを見せず名前だけだったのが驚きました。また、チェックアウト後に荷物を預けたのですが、引換券などは貰わず、ピックアップするときは顔だけみてあぁどうぞ〜みたいな感じで持っていく感じでした。これでいいんだ、みたいな手軽さはあるもののセキュリティ面で大丈夫か？と思いました。荷物も小さなフロント前に置いてあり専用の部屋に置いてあるわけではないので、フロントマンが目を離したすきに持って行かれてもおかしくは無いなって感じです。 エレベーターが無いですが、チェックイン時は預けていた荷物を部屋まで運んでくれていて助かりました。チェックアウト時は自分で下まで運びましたがやはり大変でした。部屋の広さや機能的には問題なかったです。 併設されてるレストランでハンバーガーを頼みましたが、肉が丸こげでした笑 少し削ぎながら食べましたが、日本だったら作り直すレベル笑 まあ味は美味しかったです。"

"My home away from home! Kept checking back in. Staff was like family. Great location right on Place du Forum. Beautiful pool that hosted the best World Cup watch parties of the whole tournament! Only suggestion is to extend the pool hours somewhat. 11am-7pm is too short especially when it is still light (and hot!) out until after 9pm. Also many stores and sights are open until 7pm so if you come back to hotel after that, you can't swim."

"The hotel is very old, with modern amenities like bathroom and a/c. The front desk staff is very friendly. The Belvedere Suite was stunning- incredible views- but must be ok with lots of stairs. Parking is a distance away, so plan a backpack or light bag to walk to the hotel."

"The view overlooking the Ancient Roman Amphitheater is incredible! The restaurants within walking distance are amazing (too numerous to try all). The morning breakfast in the courtyard was lovely. I didn’t understand that children aren’t allowed to use the hotel spa and steam room. But otherwise had a great time. Also I don’t think I ever figured out how to use the French lock and key."

"Bon emplacement, particulièrement pratique pour les voyageurs arrivant ou repartant en train. J’ai également apprécié la belle cour intérieure et le bon petit-déjeuner. La chambre était plutôt petite, mais elle convenait parfaitement à mes besoins. Le personnel était sympathique."

"Helpful staff and a great location. Unfortunately, our shower didn't work properly – it ran either freezing cold or scalding hot. We discovered it around midnight after a long day out. We reported it at checkout the next morning — the staff offered to help, but we were already leaving."

"interesting old hotel. The gym was a failure. The universal weight machine was broken. Old treadmill, old bike, old elliptical that's it.The pool was very interesting and old and nice and the pool was heated. It seemed like the entire hotel was carpeted."

"The room was not fancy but it was clean and comfortable. We had a nice view of the tree-lined street in front of the hotel. The staff could accommodate an extra couple of pillows (I’m recuperating from surgery and need extra propping up for sleeping) and they were happy to help as they could. The bathroom and toilet room are connected by a ceiling opening, so whenever we opened one door, the other one slammed open or shut. And the shower was so open that we couldn’t prevent a full flood onto...

"Buon hotel , vicino all'autostrada e in 5 minuti a piedi al centro di Arles. Parcheggio interno con sbarra. Personale gentile, Buona pulizia Stanza ampia e completa di macchina del caffè, un plus da me apprezzato. Buon rapporto qualità/prezzo se senza colazione."
