"We had an amazing 2 weeks here and enjoyed the property very much, we had an issue with the fridge after a few days but the owner sorted this within a day, very impressed with the responsiveness. The walk into Lubriano took just over 5 minutes and the restaurants and Cafe/Bars are lovely."

"I spent a week in this lovely house. Perfectly situated in the center of the village, near cafes and restaurants run by charming people. Kitchen was ample for preparing breakfast and light meals. Convenient parking and easy access to roads leading to Tuscany, Umbria, and Rome. Easy day trips to Orvieto, Montepulciano, Spoleto, Todi, even Perugia. Luca/host was responsive to emails and phone calls, but also respected our privacy. I would stay here again."

"The convent is a lovely, large 16th century building which we shared as a family of 11 for 2 weeks and found it heavenly. The house is very interesting, fun and the bathrooms are a bit rustic (which adds to it's charm) but the garden is perfection. So beautiful, peaceful, fragrant and the yoga platform inspired me to do yoga every morning looking across the valley at Mount Amiata in the distance. The family used the pool every day. "Incredible place to stay for a few days. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings with tastefully furnished rooms/suites. Lovely staff. Delicious breakfast with everything you could possibly want! Beautiful pools and restaurant/bar area. Food in the restaurant was excellent, quite pricey but worth a splurge. Was my second time staying and it’s just as good as I remembered. Best bit: they grow cherry tomatoes all around the property and you are encouraged to help yourself- which we did! You can’t beat home grown tomatoes 🍅 "
