"I booked for 7 people to stay at property. The property looked lovely. There were 5 beds. The sofa bed which we intended to use had no bedding. Eventually I got a call back, and the person argued that everything was set and ready, and should be there. I was eventually told that bedding would be delivered to us the next day first thing in the morning . "Stayed with wife & daughter, room spacious with 2 comfortable double beds & decent size bathroom. Didn’t use the spa so can’t comment, bar area was comfy with a terrace if you want to sit outside. Breakfast was lovely, lots on offer. Parking was easy, right next to the hotel. Discovered a bar/restaurant right on the quays below hotel which was lovely too"
