"All was good plenty of parking don't know if its safe as its very open just luck i suppose. Not impressed with the breakfast not much choice any food that was supposed to be hot was cold no microwave, the bacon was not cooked along with the tomatoes (they were the only hot food offered) "

"The hotel is very well run, I liked the coffee station but no coffee in the room was a minor down side, the breakfast was very varied and delicious The only problem for me is I stayed on Sunday and the restaurant next door was shut and no local options available also hotel doesn't have a bar"

The owner and his son were very welcoming and accommodating, we loved interacting with them. We stayed in one of the studios on the second floor, breakfast on the balcony was perfect. We were there for Ironman Vitoria-Gasteiz, very convenient. 10 minute drive to the lake venue, the bike course and good running areas. We would stay...
