"Lovely hotel that is miles from anywhere to allow you to switch off and unwind. Beach and water sports type of holiday as pool very small with limited sun loungers. Service okay but at times requests weren’t acted upon and going that extra mile as expected of a 5 star hotel. For example, we couldn’t be seated at the restaurant for dinner and the wait time was 30 minutes, instead of offering us drinks they told us to just sit in the bar and wait. "the best thing about this hotel; chef. He creates incredible miracles. The taste and presentation of the dishes is excellent, indistinguishable from a work of art. We stayed in the plunge pool room number 203, but I do not know if it is only in our room or if it is in all rooms. there was a sewer smell from the bathroom and the bathroom is 1.5 m2 or something. They should definitely intervene in this matter. It doesn't suit a hotel of this class. Apart from that, the employees are very friendly...

"everything was new, comfortable beds, nice view to the port. But breakfast almost invisible 2-3 slices only of cheese, no eggs, fortunately they didn't have to feed us mouth to mouth!!! Bedroom very very small you could't even enter the bathroom, no place for cosmetics, no room for clothing...and the outstanding issue was that we were told that they don't change towels every day but day after day!!!...in an island that the thing you do for sure is swimming and there is the need to take your bath...

"Rooms are very clean, room service is comming every day for cleaning. Breakfast was the same for all of 10 days, so that was problem. Wifi conection is very poor, we had internet only around the reception and swimming pool. Hotel beach is great, water is clean and beach is having blye flag for water. Location is ok, hotel is on 5 minutes by car from city Ouranopoli."
