"The email confirmation stated we could arrive up until 20:00pm and the office would be staffed so that we could collect our keys. "Do not book this place - Specialy if a family with kids. Apartment was dirty. Blankets not washed. Mattresses with dirty spots. Old building with no insulation which allows you to hear everything the neighbours are doing. The furnitures is old and some of it broken. TV is missing the power cable. No wifi unless you pay. Only seats with a back was sofa bed otherwise just a couple of benches, shame as outside terrace became a storage area rather than place to sit. However one deosn't expect much from ski resorts. "I really enjoyed my 4 night stay. The location was perfect (overlooking the Dali sculpture) - central to both the historic centre of Andorra La Vella and Avenida Carlemany, it was within walking distance of everything I wanted to see and do. Abut a 10 min walk to the main bus station. Lots of restaurants near by. The building itself is a little dated, but this in no way impacted my stay."
