"Such a beautiful home set in the hillside overlooking the terraces of Arico Viejo with a sea view. Located only a half hour north of Tenerife South Airport, this tranquil location away from resorts was just what we needed. "A very comfortable, well equipped apartment with superb views over the pool, and the sea. Jose Luis was a great host, nothing by way of help and advice was too much trouble. Only 20/30 minute from the airport, so well located. Would say you need a car if you want to get around. Bus does travel on TF1, but you have to get to TF1 to catch it. We would certainly return."

"We felt very comfortable in the apartment, it met our expectations from the online description. There is only one cause for criticism: one of the blinds in the living room was broken and lowered so that the room was dark. When the keys were handed over there was no indication if and when it would be repaired. Fortunately, we were able to fix it ourselves."

"This is a very nice apartment, well appointed and had everything I needed. It was clean, and quiet. Unfortunately, the photos in the listing are a bit misleading, and the pictures of the ocean were not taken from the property at all, but from the beach 1/4 mile away. This property is not ocean front. There is a neighborhood and about 80 steps required to reach the area of the beach. "Pros: The villa has so much space it just keeps going on and on in the gardens! The pool was very much enjoyed by our children and we all loved the table tennis table. Cons: Nothing really, the kettle lid kept popping up but that is easily fixed!"

"This place is awesome! The staff were attentive and nice. The room was comfortable and very clean. Rooms were cleaned every day if you wanted. Breakfast was very plentiful with a ton of variety. Close to everything you would need and next to the beach. Plenty of sun loungers and the pool and grounds always clean. Not one complaint with our stay and will definitely recommend.
