"Spent 4 nights at the apartments. We stayed in July so were aware of the property. There were only us and another friendly couple staying here as it was getting to the end of the season. The rooms weren't cleaned during this time or fresh sheets and the bins weren't emptied. We disposed of the bathroom bin contents. We are aware there's no cleaner over the weekend, so maybe be provided with more bin bags and a bin to dispose of them in. We'd still happily stay here again."

"Lovely old building, recently renovated right in the heart of the old town. This means transporting luggage a distance from the car but good communication re parking nearby. Inside the property, the duplex we were staying in meant climbing quite a lot of stairs with suitcases, although they did offer to help. "A lovely cosy apartment in the most perfect location 10 minutes walk to the beach. Almyrida has everything you need for a relaxing break by the sea. The apartment is well equipped to cater for a family of 4. The pool was just what we needed and many times had it all to ourselves. We hired a car and visited Lake Kourna which was well worth the visit and Limnoupolis Water Park which was fantastic and not too busy. "The apartment was absolutely perfect for our stay. It was approx 10 min walk to the Old City, had parking and the apartment had everything necessary to make our stay a fabulous experience. Michalis responded very quickly via email and the attention to detail in the apartment was awesome. Totally recommend a stay here and will definitely stay again, if we revisit Rethymno."

"The property is very clean, the pool was lovely for a refreshing dip and there was a bar serving cool drinks. The beach and local restaurants were a short walk away. It would be advantageous if the property updated the air conditioning units, as the current unit did not keep the room cool. But an enjoyable and relaxing stay all the same."
