"We had a lovely holiday in this very beautiful part of the Lot. The house is comfortably furnished and the kitchen facilities are very good. Our hosts were very friendly and welcoming. There are some great places to visit not too far away; we particularly liked Beaulieu sur Dordogne."

"Les hôtes sont particulièrement bienveillants, accueillants et disponibles, tout étant discrets. La maison est charmante et fonctionnelle (bien que la douche mériterait un petit rafraîchissement). La vue depuis les fenêtres et le jardin est splendide, endroit très calme et reposant. Nombreux points d'eau aux alentours (rivières, lacs...) et de très beaux villages, grottes et gouffres à ne pas manquer ! Séjour parfait et très agréable. Encore merci à Bernard et son épouse."

"Welcoming hosts, lovely gite, very clean. All relevant facilities in the kitchen and bathroom are available. It is a very quiet and peaceful area, perfect if you want to get away from it all. For those who can't live without their phone, there is WiFi, and three TVs! We loved the animals around, rabbits, free range turkeys, horse (not to be eaten!). The hosts are very friendly. Terrasse magnifique avec une vue extraordinaire.. barbecue, transat.. Pour le plaisir de ses clients Diane a planté des fraisiers ; des belles garriguettes que nous avons appréciés. "A nice old stone house with a lot of caracter. It is spacious with a great garden ( lots of shade) and a nice pair of donkeys. Very quiet and beautiful skies at night. Very close to the gorges de Dordogne and about half an hour drive to a good supermarket. One small thing to improve: the shower is very small."

"Great house to stay in and much bigger than I expected. Perfect size for a family of 4/5. Everything you could need, and the fans were welcome on warm nights. Great communication with Gilly before and throughout our stay. The pool and bbq were fantastic, just a shame the weather wasn't as hot as usual!"

"WiFi was not working and had not been working for some time. We were not told prior to our stay. Both showers do not have the facility to fix the shower head in position so this makes showering difficult. The sinks in the main house bathroom are broken, the waste plungers do not work. You will be asked to clean the pool but there is no mention of this in the booking information. The wooden steps up to the pool are very slippery when wet and in poor condition so need replacing. "I had a wonderful week at this house with my family in September. The house is big and very comfortable. We had everything we needed. It is in the countryside which is very peaceful and quiet. Our party were all adults but this house is also perfect for families with small children. It has so many things - a pool, table tennis, games, basketball, boules, pin ball machine, space inside and outside to play. We went into the local village, Meyssac, each day to the boulangerie.
