Quiet area, close to the bustling village and the beach. The house is surrounded by a closed mineral garden for children, with wooden terrace, (access by kitchen stairs) garden furniture and parasol. Barbecue. 4 chairs in metal and textilene. You are 3 minutes walk from most shops. Doctors, pharmacy. Frequent market. Large areas 5 minutes by car.
Free house on three sides garden at the back overlooking a park. Access to the garden and barbecue is done by the kitchen.
House renovated in 2013.
Complete equipment: dishwasher, washing machine, mattress protectors, pillow protectors.
Possibility to rent bed linen and towels package 15 € per person, if you are interested make your request in advance, for a question of organization. External management.

Excellent séjour dans cette maison très bien située, au calme, à deux pas du centre ville et quelques minutes en voiture de nombreux points d’intérêts. Elle est parfaitement équipée pour une famille avec enfants en bas âge, avec du matériel de qualité (excellente literie). Propreté impeccable et très bon échange avec Mme Save. Bref, nous recommandons chaudement !

Gerne möchten wir, eine Familie mit 2 Kindern, eine Bewertung unseres Urlaubs in Argelès-Sur-Mer, abgeben. Wir hatten trotz „Coronakrise“, einen schönen Urlaub. Die 4 Wochen, die wir im Haus von Madam Save verbracht haben, waren für uns sehr angenehm. Das sehr gepflegte Haus mit Garten und Grill liegt in unmittelbarer Ortsnähe. Die feinkiesigen Sandstrände von Argelès-Sur-Mer sind mit dem Auto in gut 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Das Haus war für eine Familie mit Kindern komplett eingerichtet. Ausflüge in den nahen Bergen des Massif des Albères bereicherten unseren Urlaub. Gerne kommen wir wieder!

Une très belle maison de vacances. Située dans une rue calme, à quelques minutes à pied du centre d'Argelès-sur-Mer. La maison est très bien entretenue et entièrement équipée. Tout est là pour un séjour agréable. Le propriétaire Mme Save répond rapidement et est très utile. Après un orage, nous n’avions plus d’eau chaude en raison d’une panne de courant, et le problème a été résolu immédiatement. Donc, certainement recommandé!

La maison offre tout le confort pour passer des vacances très agréables, comme une maison de famille. Très vite nous nous sentons comme chez nous et les filles et moi meme avons pu nous reposer, profiter du jardin et du calme.

Deux semaines top, la maison est superbe deux bonne terrasse barbecue parasol table chaises de terrasse à l intérieur impossible de manqué de quoi que ce soit y a tout même plus encore rue très calme centre ville 5min à pied génial des vacances merveilleuse je recommande vivement cette location et j oublié la plage d argeles splendide

Déjà la troisième fois que nous passons nos vacances dans cette magnifique location et à chaque fois c’est de mieux en mieux. La propriétaire pense constamment au bien-être de ses locataires et améliore tous les ans ses prestations. Si vous voulez un logement propre, bien placé, bien pensé et au calme tout en étant proche de tout, vous avez trouvé.

Location dans une maison située dans un quartier très calme d'Argelès sur Mer. La maison est à deux pas du centre et de la plupart des commerces. La location est très bien équipée ( internet,lave-vaisselle, micro-onde, cafetière, ustensiles de cuisine, barbecue, ...) et bénéficie d'une terrasse très agréable. Le tout dans une région à découvrir entre mer et montagne.
