Conveniently located in the centre of Giovi-ponte Alla Chiassa, Italy in the tourist area "Arezzo And Surroundings" and only 11 km (7 mi) from Arezzo. Vacation rental Villa Guadagni Cappelli is a nice property (500 sq m) that includes WiFi internet and private pool. The property can sleep up to 11 people comfortably in six bedrooms with three bathrooms. If playing a round of golf is important while on vacation, you are in luck because there is a course nearby.

The owner lives on the last floor of the property, but he has his own private entrance to the apartment and external spaces. He won’t use the swimming pool either.
