"We had some issues with the first room we got. The AC was not working, and one of the windows was not closing. However, as soon as we reported the issues, they moved us to another room, which was perfect. They addressed our concerns promptly without causing too much trouble."

"We had a wonderful stay at Barcelo Carmen Granada. It is centrally located, has beautiful common areas, especially the rooftop bar, with views of the Alhambra. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was amazing. We would definitely come back on a future visit to Granada."

They went the extra mile when there was an issue with air conditioning and brought us a portable air conditioning for our room and the problem was quickly resolved. The laundry service was also very convenient! They wash, dry and fold your clothes for 35 euros. The breakfast was also great!"
