"Fantastic views from our room of the volcano. We were staying in the top side of the hotel which was a bit of a walk down to restaurants and pool, there was a road being worked on which meant we couldn’t go the most direct route. Pool facilities were excellent a lot of family and children around the bar which had an excellent cocktail selection, and food at both breakfast and in the restaurants was great. Thermal pools were enjoyable and relaxing and the walk up to the view point is worth the trip. "

"Amazing hotel, eco friendly with beautiful views and wonderfully thermal waters. Staff is 100 percent efficient , friendly, helpful, they go above and beyond to make you feel happy. Jaqueline is amazing constantly working on your stay to be the best of all. Jonathan, Joel , Francisco , Michael , Wilbert , cleaning ladies , drivers , every single person was amazing and she brill recommend 100 percent staying there. "Lovely hot springs pools - 4 to choose from and very quiet. We stayed in a spacious family room and we were able to check-in early and check-out late. Nice breakfast and reliable wi-if. Needed a taxi / uber to get to la fortuna."
