"I had a great experience at the Best Western West Towne Suites in Madison. From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff stood out with their warm, friendly, and consistently helpful service. It really set the tone for the whole stay. The room itself was spacious, spotlessly clean, and very comfortable—exactly what you want after a long day of travel. I appreciated the quiet atmosphere and the little touches that made the space feel inviting. One of the best surprises was the made-to-order breakfast. It was a real treat to have a hot, customized meal each morning, in addition to the usual continental options. A great way to start the day! I’d absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the Madison area—whether for business or leisure. Great value, great staff, and a great stay!"

"The property is unique and has great antiques, including a WWII plane you can take a look into! The lobby has a great fireplace surrounded by old salon/barber chairs, very cool! Friendly staff and lovely grounds. The room was spacious. The only critique is that the electricity was odd and we could not figure out how to keep our chargers on when the lights weren’t. Nice pool area too. I would return. "

"We love the cozy feeling you get staying at the Cedarberry. My husband stayed here as a child coming up to visit family so it brings back a lot of memories for him and it’s nostalgic. It’s the only place will stay when we come up."
