"The reception was horrible, nobody gave me the right information , even when I’m trying to park my car near the hotel they refused me to park the car and the luggage service was horrible , I asked for not a far room due to my mothers age , no silverware , not food in hotel room , when i asked for ..."

"We (2 adults and 3 children) booked 4 nights at this place and left after the first night. It was a traumatic experience for our kids. Let me tell you why..
