"The location was perfect being close to attractions. It has street parking which was a major plus. It was clean and nice size for 3 kids under 12 and 2 adults. I loved master being on other side away from 2 other bedrooms. Nice stove and large fridge!!!"

"Beautiful and quiet place to stay while visiting Penn. The unit is attached to the main dwelling with private entrance. The kitchen is well equipped for a quick meal. The bedroom is clean and comfy. The bathroom is small but with a washer and dryer and warm shower. The backyard is charming and relaxing to have a morning coffee while listening to birds. David has been very friendly and easily accessible when we need help. Thanks again for sharing the place with us ! "

"The only issue I had was understanding how to turn on the air but everything else was AMAZING I felt safe, it was updated and beautiful. Great stay!"

"Location was perfect since my friends and I were looking for accommodations near the Penn campus. The living space is clean and the bedrooms were comfortable and quiet. Be aware that there is not a single television anywhere in the apartment, though, nor a sofa in the living room. As a result, relaxing together was bit of a challenge. "

"Checkin was a nightmare took well ove because an hour many attempts to contact unresponsive host. Chat with VRBO'S help they could not reach host but we had requested early checked that morning because VRBO sent an email that check in was 11 so we got there way to early for a 4p checkin but the chat said they couldnt help because early checkin takes 48 hours to resolve. So we went back to calling host without success, broke down and called VRBO for help within minutes they had the host on the...
