"This is the nicest VRBO we've ever stayed in. It feels like it's just been remodeled. Very clean, stylish, perfect. We each had our own bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. So convenient. The upstairs living room and rooftop patio were fantastic. I wish the weather had been better so we could sit outside. It's situated on a street with a lot of restaurants but it was surprisingly quiet at night. Great apartment. Looking forward to coming back!"

"Cute studio apartment big enough for two people and maybe a child. Just be sure that you could comfortable with spiral stairs. Great location in a trendy neighborhood."

"We really enjoyed the property and the area. It’s in a perfect spot with a variety of different food options all within walking distance. The apartment itself was clean, comfortable and cute. Only downside was there’s no WiFi connect but you need that to operate the tv so I had to pay for 1 month of Xfin!ty. Other than that everything is right there for you to enjoy perfect “home away from home”."

"The property was better than expected. The owner allowed us to check in early. Parking is an issue but you’re downtown. We parked a few streets over. Super safe and adorable neighborhood. Uber anywhere is pretty quick and easy. If ever we come back to Philadelphia, I would definitely be booking this property again."

"It was a total disaster getting in to the place especially after an 8 hour drive. The road was closed and under construction. Trying to find parking and the location of the building was a complete headache due to the road closure. With that being said The host was very helpful in helping us find the location and very responsive. Once we found parking we were able to enjoy our stay. The place is very cute, clean, and well stocked."

"We came to Philly for a volleyball tournament. This was the 2nd time renting here. It is walking distance to the venue. The Terminal market (I love) is with in walking distance. Tons of restaurants. A Trader Joe’s. Anything you need. We parked our car in the convenient parking lot and never moved it all weekend. Walking distance to history exhibits. Would highly recommend if you are staying in the area for something at the convention center. Cons. 3 flights of stairs to walk up. Not well...

Pros Large living room 2 separate patio areas Clean Grocery store 2 minutes away Plenty of houseware and cooking Plenty of paper towels and trash bags Little things to know No microwave Garbage disposal wasn’t connected yet"

"The apartment itself is great. I have stayed with Sonder for multiple times and they are always well-known for cleanness and tidiness. But this place is really really really loud at night because it's in the center city and surrounded by bars/restaurants. It's always loud till 1-2 am midnight during weekdays. Luckily, weekends are quiet. So stay away if you have to stay there during weekdays for a long time. "
