"The front of house staff were very helpful and friendly and gave us a very nice room checked in 2 hours early. The hotel is new and modern, we had a small leak in our bathroom which was reported but could not be fixed. Breakfast was quite basic for the price of this hotel, especially the choice of meats and cheeses which are greater elsewhere. When we booked it looked like the hotel had a restaurant and spa. However, these are by discounted arrangements with other providers which was a small disappointment."

"Hotel was well placed for the new town. Easy parking although access could be better signposted. Room was spacious enough. The lighting in the walk in wardrobe was pretty annoying - motion sensor only which went off very quickly. As we left early, we didn’t try the breakfast but they hotel did offer a take away breakfast which was ok."

"Front desk, bar, and dinner staff were professional, friendly, helpful, and very service-oriented. Only exception was breakfast...a bit of a hectic and crowded food and coffee self-service arrangement with - no obvious line or natural flow so it easily devolves into a mishmash of people going down the tables in different directions, etc. Not a huge deal, but friendly and helpful staff could've eased the human traffic jams and created a pleasant vibe. Instead, their demeanor was sullen - sort of seemed unhappy to be there. When I asked one of them for help because the espresso machine needed emptying of the bin, she seemed annoyed but took care of it right away. Definitely uncharacteristic of the overall experience we enjoyed at the hotel. Comfortable beds and linens, great location for shopping, dining, and walking to the funicular to go up to the Alta Citta. A really great stay."

"Clean, accessible and convenient. What more can you ask for? The hotel is across the street from both the bus and train station. A comfortable 15 minute walk to main attractions downtown as well as the funicular to the upper city. Plenty of restaurants close by. Oh..and the AC was perfect."
