"Omgeeee!!! I can’t begin to say how amazing this property is!! Richman and the other young lady were so responsive and communication was on point. The pictures do the house no justice, just absolutely perfect!!! It was 19 of us there celebrating my 40th bday and it was more than enough room. It’s always the little things for me too, like the water pressure was good and hot even with all of us using it, they started us off with ample amount of garbage bags and tissue, even though they didn’t have...

"We were in town for an electric skateboard convention a mile away. Super convenient to get to the event by car, skateboard or walking. Home needs some upkeep but is clean and functional."

"Lovely home that is very well maintained, The bedrooms were spacious and the beds were very comfortable. Also the kithchen has an open floor plan and was well stocked. The home is located in a clean, quite, and safe neighborhood. Barb is fantastic! She's very professional, communicative, availalbe, and helpful. "Had a group of 8 seniors together for a quick reunion. Property was large and roomy to accommodate us all very well. We ate and hung out at the house most of the time. Outdoor area is spectacular to relax and enjoy the pool etc. The property management was outstanding and responsive to any of our needs. Would definitely recommend for larger groups and I will definitely stay there again in the future."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. We stayed the weekend for a music festival. We were able to walk to the location (25 mins) where the festival was being held at and was very easy to get around. Unfortunately it was raining when we arrived so we were unable to use the pool but it was nice and clean. There are plenty of towels and toiletries available as well as basic cooking utensils and spices ( which we did not use.) Refrigerator was clean as was the rest of the house. A/C was perfect as well....

"House is as advertised on VRBO. It was in a quiet neighborhood and felt very safe. House was well stocked and pool was delightful in the 90 degree weather. Lyft rides to the Strip were about $25. Communication was timely and everything went smoothly."

"We were looking for a quieter stay in Vegas with our baby and this property did not disappoint! Doug was so kind as to show us around the property when we arrived and explain how to heat the hot tub. The place was extremely clean and had so many extras like pool floaties, poker table, bar setup. It’s also just a short drive to the strip, Fremont, airport, etc. We all agreed this may be the best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at. 10/10 would recommend both the host and property!"
