"It's in a good location, and the flat is fairly well equipped, but the access procedure on arrival is very complex and the instructions are not very clear (we had top ring the helpline, and we could hear other arrivals doing the same). There are also some issues with the flat which could / should be addressed: the blinds in the bedroom are ineffective and let a lot of light in at night (they also don't give a great deal of privacy, especially when the lights are on inside). The bedsheet barely...

"We listened to the trains all night long. There was no AC, so had to keep the windows open. The tenant below smoked heavily, so we were coughing/choking on the smoke. Not a great stay for families, probably better suited for young adult travelers."

"Good quiet location, good facilities Parking can be a bit difficult depending on when you are arriving back home. I was working late night so parking was very limited when arriving back, but managed to park on the drive of the property. This could be best option to arrange to park there. "

"Would totally stay here again! Everything was nice and new. Quite compact (especially the bedroom/bathroom areas) but it was entirely comfortable for a solo traveller like me :) It’s a private apartment attached to the host’s house, but you’ll have your own separate entrance to the outside, which makes it easy to come and go as you please. The neighbourhood was absolutely lovely, and felt very safe. Transit is conveniently located right at the end of the street, so I was able to commute...

"Chalet dated but very clean and well equipt. Fabulous location and we sat outside on the decking frequently. Very close to a main trainline into London but we knew this as visiting friends having previously lived in Broxbourne. Didn't bother us. Sofa not comfortable to sit & enjoy TV. Very hard. Only other negative was the twin beds. Despite the mattress toppers, the springs in the mattresses have gone. They do need replacing. Sadly we had an uncomfortable few nights sleep! "
