"We enjoyed our stay here, there is a grocery store as well as a few eating spots within walking distance. The property was well maintained, and the staff was very welcoming. Parking was readily available. My biggest gripe were the beds, unfortunately they were very hard which made sleeping a bit difficult. Breakfast was limited but tasted great. "

"We enjoyed our 1-night stay. Short walk to train station to go into Rome, and to cafes and restaurants serving authentic Italian food. Cozy apartment with mini kitchen, kitchen table and large balcony with seating. Would be a good home base to explore Rome for a few days or longer."

Simone was extremely helpful the entire time and could communicate with me in both Spanish and English since my Italian is very lacking. "Ok this hotel was a very last minute because we could make our other reservation due to weather conditions. Having said that we were happy to find availability and by the discription were excited to live like a local in Rome. The neighborhood is not the best when approaching from the metro....very run down and lots of empty lots. When we got into the hotel it is very dark interior but very well kept. The staff was very nice and offered us two choices of rooms. They tried very hard to help us...

"Beautifully renovated building that was a former kindergarten school. It is still working on renovations otherwise, i would have rated it a 5 for property and immediate area. It has a private beach and a nice seafood restaurant attached to the resort hotel. The staff are first class. The suites include full kitchens and clothes washers and shower."

(Some concrete information on the residence website would be helpful to those WITHOUT cars: - The train station is a solid 15-18 minute brisk WALK from the residence. Taxis/Uber NOT AVAILABLE in this area. - The concierge was VERY HELPFUL is dropping us to the station in the early morning (we had TWO full bags). - Excellent train service to Roma Termini. (Last trains about 9 PM so be careful if you plan to stay late night in Rome, huh!) "
