"This was a delightful place to stay. There are tennis/basketball courts, a spacious car park, a quite large back garden with a playset. The room was spacious and well appointed. The host family is great as they all pitch in and help with any questions. Breakfast was delicious and to-order in addition to a plentiful continental style breakfast. "Off the beaten track in a town that has all the amenities needed, and in a beautiful region. The hotel was a great size, not too big at all. Breakfast was included and deliciously made! The pub in the hotel was perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the area. The biscuits, face cloths and fan in the room were appreciated, first hotel to have these small but nice additions (after staying in seven previously). The hotel is modest, clean, with kind staff, and had all we needed. "

"We had a lovely time at Brooklodge & Macreddin Village. Really enjoyed the quiet peacefulness of the adults only atmosphere. The thermal suite was our highlight. Breakfast choice and quality was excellent. Lovely staff. Food was good in the restaurant, maybe a bit more choice possibly over 2 nights. Pub lovely and having the chess boards and pieces were a great idea. "
