"Wonderful room with a spectacular view. The staff were friendly & excellent. The location is convenient for major attractions around Como and nearby Switzerland. Narrow roads leading to & from the property make it unwalkable and this restricts activities on site. Guests will need to take taxis or rent a car since there is no bar or restaurant on site. "

"Close to public transport and plenty of eating places nearby. Room was nice. There is a communal kitchen shared by the three guest rooms which has free tea, coffee and snacks available. You can hear people if they are in this area but it was nice and quite when we were there. I would stay here again. "

"This place fit our needs and our budget for our travel through Milan. We intentionally looked for a place within a 10-15min drive from the central station. The host was helpful and kind enough to explain everything to us. We found free street parking out front. Shower pressure was amazing. The bonus for us was that it was so central, literally minutes to all we came to see! There was some noise from the trams but we had expected that as we checked out the location before booking - this did nothing to spoil our stay at all :) The host was super attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for the best stay.
