"Staff are friendly- clean room- I have a bit of issue with smell- Brought my own Lavender room spray. It helps. Near the Grotto,which is good as I was with elderly. Bring your own thermos,if you are a chamommile tea person,as theres no kettle in the room. Although. I ask the night staff for a pot of hot water. Very kind male staff. Thanks to him. "No air conditioning whatsoever and we were lucky with the balcony. The tiny fan that they provide gave no air to the other side of the room. Other than that it was a doable stay."
