"Staff excellent pleasent stay"

"The property needs refurb. Aircon is terrible and when i complained to the Receptionist/Manager that it is so hot in my room, i was told that they do not put on the aircon because it is cold outside anyway, not so helpful and they refuse to learn english.Hotel Continental is not recommendable, the claimed to be have star 3 but for me its a horrible hotel. Only good thing i was near to the Grotto. "

"We have been blessed a room with beautiful view of the river & mountain. Staff in hotel were very helpful and friendly and we received much guidance on how to get around Lourdes from Front Desk, Ms Vanessa. Though the official breakfast time was 7am, hotel is very accomodating to start breakfast as early as 6.30am for guests who are required to depart early. Will definitely be back next year for our pilgrimage again."
