"Nice views. Friendly staff. Not much food selection but biggest gripe is the noise from the DJ/entertainer which went on until 23.30. Not many recliners around the pool."

"Die Unterkunft war genau wie beschrieben - einfach, aber einfach schön. Die Lage im Ort Montiano kann zentraler und beschaulicher nicht sein. Die Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin war unkompliziert und schnell. Im Ort ist für das leibliche Wohl gesorgt. Von Montiano aus kann man das Umland mit dem Auto erkunden und auch die Strände sind schnell erreichbar. Wir sind jetzt Toskana-Liebhaber. Anja & Maik aus Greifswald"

"Apartment is really cute and perfect for vacation in the summer. It’s more than enough room for two persons to sleep and eat while you enjoy toscana on the day. The couch / bad is a little bit squeaky and isn’t the newest anymore but is okay for persons under 30 I guess. Vania is really nice and was always trying to help us to enjoy our stay even more. Thanks once again!"

"Hier stimmt einfach alles. Campagnatico ist ein wahrer Traum, das Meer ist nicht weit entfernt. Die Wohnung bietet alles was man braucht und der Kontakt zu Frau Veith war sehr nett, es gab sehr gute Tips für Unternehmungen und einen tollen nicht so überlaufenen Strand. Wir haben uns ein bisschen (mehr) in die Toskana verliebt..."

La dimora è arredata con tantissimo gusto e corredata da ogni suppellettile, ci si ha la vera impressione di essere a casa. A pochi chilometri dall' Argentario e le due isole antistanti "Giglio e Giannutri ". Io sono appassionato di subaquea e mi sono trovato benissimo. Il giardino ampio e ben attrezzato. "The opportunity to stay in this quiet hilltop village is quite amazing and then there is the apartment, itself! Quite spacious with so many areas to relax, especially on either of the two terraces… the views. Anna Maria has everything necessary for preparing food and large, comfortable bedrooms to rest. There are so many sites to explore within a short driving distance loved Magliano & Talamone, beautiful! Our only regret is that this tone we weren’t able to stay here longer… love to...

"We were more than happy with the apartment. We spent 3 nights and it was our favorite place out of our 10 day stay in areas of Italy. Nathan was more than accommodating. He was very friendly, easy to contact and genuinely cared about us being happy. The location was quiet and wonderful. We will be back for another stay, only longer next time."

"L'appartamento si trova a Marina di Grosseto in un condominio popolare dall'aspetto esteriore non molto rassicurante, invece l'app. all'interno è ok. (Non adatto a chi non può fare 4 rampe di scale).Le spiagge di Marina sono belle, molto ampia quella libera che va verso Principina a Mare.Da non perdere una passeggiata sulle mura di Maliano in Toscania."

"Very special position above the stunning town. Really nice apartment- lots of room and all facilities needed. In the height of summer - air con - or more fans would have helped and as a non-German speaker it would’ve been nice to see instructions/recommendations in other languages. Nils very responsive and overall an excellent place. Town stunning and many lovely beaches nearby. Recommended."
