The "Podere Cardeta" consists of two houses with 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, 1 large dining room, 1 living room, 2 kitchens. offers a total of 10 (+2) people. So ideal for 2 families. The property is rented to guests for sole use. The main house on the ground floor has a living room with a large open fireplace, large dining room with access to the large open kitchen and a bathroom with shower. On the upper floor you will reach 3 bedrooms, (1 room with 1 double bed, 1 room with a double bed. 1 room with 2 single beds), to the 2nd large bathroom with shower and a hallway. The dependance has a small kitchen, 2 bedrooms with 1 double bed u. 2 single beds, bathroom no. 3 with bathtub u. Terrace. The property is conventionally built from biological materials. It is in the Tuscan style partly with antique furniture very tastefully and individually furnished. A very comfortable equipment offers you all the amenities for a pleasant holiday: WiFi, 3 TV (SAT), 2 dishwashers, 2 washing machines and an outdoor grill. Garden furniture (teak) is available at different seats. There is a very well-kept large pool (7 mx 14 m) with a fantastic view, a table tennis table and a rubber paddling pool. It is an ideal vacation home for the whole family and friends, with or without a dog! Here you can also celebrate your birthday very well!

Merveilleux séjour

Nous avons passé quinze jours magnifiques dans cette location. Les villas sont très bien équipées et très propres. La piscine est idéale pour un groupe et la vue sur la vallée est fantastique. Angela est de bon conseil et disponible en cas de besoin.

Superschönes hügeliges Anwesen, tolle Ausstattung in und um das Haus. Ausreichend Sitzgelegenheiten überall. Sehr großzügiger Pool (hier einziges Manko: der Poolreiniger kommt mind. 3 x pro Woche und blockiert ab dem späten Nachmittag für 3 Stunden den Pool - sehr schade), Steile abenteuerlich Anfahrt - am besten mit dem Allradantrieb, aber auch ein normalies nicht tiefer gelegtes Auto schafft es...

Zum vierten Mal haben wir das Haus gebucht und sind immer noch nicht müde....kommen sicher wieder. Erholung pur, es hat alles was man braucht um entspannte schöne Ferien zu machen. Der Pool wird mehrmals die Woche professionell gereinigt und unterhalten!

2 wunderschöne Wochen in der Toskana

Wir waren mit 10 Leuten dort, darunter Kleinkinder und Teenager!Es waren alle begeistert von dem Anwesen und der Ausstattung. Die Betreuung von der Vermieterin war sehr gut, der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und die Übergabe lief reibungslos! Es war alles vorhanden, was man für den ersten Tag brauchte (Seife,Klopapier,Olivenöl ,Wein Knabberkram und Marmelade)! Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes, gepflegtes Anwesen in sehr ruhiger Lage! Wir haben es sehr genossen!

Fantastisch huis van geweldige gastvrouw

Wij hebben een geweldige week gehad in het mooie en sfeervol ingerichte huis van Angela en Arno. Er stond een goed gevulde welkomstmand op ons te wachten. Het huis is typisch Toscaans en van meer dan voldoende huishoudspullen voorzien. Het zwembad is groot en schoon en het uitzicht adembenemend. Heel veel ruimte rondom het huis waar zo nu en dan een hert voorbij komt. Kortom, een goede vakantiebestemming waar niks op valt aan te merken. Wij komen graag nog een keer terug.

We have just returned from a two week stay here and can honestly say that we had a wonderful time. The houses are equipped with absolutely everything that you need and were spotlessly clean. It is set in peaceful surroundings and has fantastic views of the surrounding countryside. Angela contacted us before we travelled and kept us well informed throughout. She even organised some local wine to be delivered to us! Elena met us upon arrival and was available to answer any questions throughout our stay. We would definitely recommend staying at this property.

Wunderbares Anwesen, liebevoll gepflegt zum absoluten Entspannen

Das Podere Cardeta liegt ein wenig versteckt mitten in der südlichen Toskana. Die beiden Häuser sind wunderschön eingerichtet, super sauber und mit allen Annehmlichkeiten ausgestattet, die man sich wünschen kann. Das Grundstück ist mit Oliven-, Walnuss - und Obstbäumen bepflanzt und lädt zum Erkunden ein. An den Häusern blühen Oleander und Lavendel. Der Pool ist groß und wird alle paar Tage vom Gärtner des Anwesens gereinigt. Die Vermieterin informiert vorab sehr ausführlich zu allen Gegebenheiten, gibt hilfreiche Tipps und steht auch während des Aufenthalts für Rückfragen telefonisch zur Verfügung. Der Ausblick über die hügelige Landschaft der Toskana und die Ruhe, die man dabei verspürt, waren dabei das schönste Erlebnis! Eine absolute Empfehlung!

Magnifique endroit où règne le calme

Cette propriété se situe près du mont Amiata et à +-600m d altitude ce qui nous a permis d avoir des températures très agréables et supportables. Quand nous sommes arrivés sur place, le petit chemin très étroit nous interrogeait. Etions-nous au bon endroit? Oui! La vue est splendide, la piscine hyper grande tout comme cette propriété ( abricotier, oliviers à n en plus finir...) La maison en pierre est très bien équipée ( vaisselle, ustensiles, produits ménagers, mobilier...) . Il ne manquait rien! Nous étions 10 ( 2 familles) et le fait d avoir cette annexe ( toute équipée également :Sdb, cuisine, 2 chambres, machine à laver, ...) juste à côté de la grande bâtisse permettait à chacun d' avoir son propre espace! La gentille propriétaire nous avait même laissé un panier de bienvenue 😉 Nous avons pu visiter Montalcino, Pitigliano, Sienne et Pienza en plus des petits villages voisins... Bref, une belle semaine 😎

Herrlicher Urlaub auf herrlichem Anwesen

Wir haben 2 Wochen Urlaub mit 8 Personen auf diesem schönen Anwesen verbracht. Es war einfach Super! Ruhige Lage auf einem riesigen Grundstück. Der große Pool sorgte für die nötige Abkühlung und abends konnte man von der Terrasse den Glühwürmchen zusehen.

Perfekter Familienurlaub in traumhafter Lage

Es war das 1. Mal, dass wir in der Toskana Urlaub gemacht haben! Von Anfang an wurden wir sehr gut betreut, kriegten vorab Infomaterial zu Ausflügen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten etc. Wir sind mit 3 Generationen per Auto und Flugzeug angereist (unser Hund hätte zwar mitgedurft, musste dann aber doch aus gesundheitlichen Gründen zuhause bleiben! Aber er hätte es dort geliebt) und konnten uns über die 2 Wohnheiten gut verteilen. Es war alles vorhanden (besonders super mit Kleinkindern: die Schlafzimmer konnte man komplett verdunkeln mit den Fensterläden!!). Und wenn etwas fehlte oder defekt war, wurde einem sofort geholfen. Ein riesiger Vorteil, wenn man das Grundstk gefunden hat (es ist wirklich gut „versteckt“): man konnte keinen stören und die Kinder konnten sich herlich am Pool austoben! Wenn man dann doch mal rauswollte, gab es nah und fern genügend Ausflugsziele! Man sollte nur Mücken- und Bremsenzeug nicht vergessen: wir wurden gut zerstochen! Ansonsten alle Daumen hoch und ein riesiges DANKE an Angela und Elena!!! Wir kommen bestimmt wieder!
