"Loved it the only thing I didn’t enjoy were the beds they were a little uncomfortable but the couches were good to sleep on! The house was beautiful and clean. In a very beautiful area and close to amazing hiking areas. The ice cream place downstairs was an amazing treat as well."

"Property was mostly as described. This is a small, hunting cabin-like property with the basic amenities. The bed was comfortable and provided a good nights sleep. Wifi wasn’t working for my stay and my phone (Verizon) had zero service. Closest place with service was about 6 miles up the road. Check in process was difficult as the key box wouldn’t work and I had no service to contact the property owner. Luckily the neighbor was there and let me use his phone (AT&T has service here)."

"Two families with total of 4 young kids <7 and everything was great from the s’mores, hot tube minus the hot since it was 95 degrees and the games. Dads had a short drive to Tammen park to float the river and get picked up 7 min from the house at switch back bridge area. Close to Blue Ridge for a great dinner. We also saw a number a deer which the kids enjoyed. Also dog friendly."

"Loved our stay! We were here for a wedding so didn't get as much time to enjoy the facilities but we were able to take a short hike and kayak on the river. "Hiwassee Acres was better than I could have expected. The property was beautiful and had such a relaxing atmosphere. Kathi and David were great hosts who could be found working around the property. The unit was clean and comfortable. We especially liked the patio with lights and the pickleball courts!"
