The location was not exactly what we expected but it’s very central and only a short drive to beach. The property manager gave us detailed rental instructions which were very helpful. "1st my wife and kids took a hike on the trail around the pond and there was a homeless camp at the end of the trail!! 2nd Our fridge quit working and all my food got spoiled. Over $200 in groceries. I told management and they promised to follow up with me saying they would reimburse us for my losses. They still haven’t reached out 5 days later."

"We were a group of 11 people including one kid. The home is large with bedroom and bed options to suit everyone. The kitchen is well equipped with serving dishes, baking and cooking utensils, pots & pans. We enjoyed meals at the large table and played games in the evenings. We also used the game room on the bottom floor, which was fun. The views are lovely and terrific sunsets. The only negatives are that the beds were a bit hard for our liking and there was not adequate lighting in the kitchen...
