"We stayed here for 4 nights our first trip to Florence and had such a wonderful time. Our visit here could not have been better. The breakfast was delicious each morning, it was very nice to have the shuttle, they were helpful in calling you a taxi if you needed, and the property was just beautiful. Gorgeous scenery, the room was beautiful we had a view of the garden and I loved getting to open up the window in the morning. A wonderful place and I know we will be back in the future."

"Beautiful part of Florence on a tree lined walkwaynear restaurants and shops. Had an elevator that worked!"

" "I recently stayed at your hotel and, unfortunately, my experience with the customer service was extremely disappointing. Despite the hotel's beautiful atmosphere, the staff were unfriendly, nasty, and even racist. They were not welcoming or kind, which made our stay unpleasant. If you're looking for a place with good customer service, I wouldn't recommend this hotel.""

"Hot water takes a long time to get to the room. Hotel is about a 25 minute bus ride south of the town center with not a lot of amenities around it."

"We arrived quite exhausted and late after flight delays, 21 hours of traveling, and just looking forward to putting our heads down. The greeting by our host was not too welcoming nor understanding. It came off like we were inconveniencing him. I woukd agree with The window had a screen that was broken, letting the mosquitoes in. Had to choose between mosquito bites or cool air for sleeping…The breakfast was nice with made to order eggs, choice of croissant, and high point was that it was served...

"The location is wonderful. The apartment is spacious and, if you don't mind the somewhat steep stairs and the single toilet, is great. The staff is very friendly and helpful, and they addressed various minor issues professionally and in a timely manner. Information sharing could be improved, though — accessing the apartment was more complicated than necessary, for instance. All in all, very good stay."

"Initial communication with Yassin was great. Unfortunately the property did not provide us with the specific address. It should have been 34M; our taxi driver dropped us way up the hill. I tried to call got no answer. Checked the Expedia post and it only said 34. When we finally arrived Yassin was definitely in a rush to leave. The room itself has huge potential however is VERY poorly maintained. Extremely dusty and evidence of mold. There were also Cobb webs hanging from the walls and ceiling....

"Beautiful unit in a great location, secure building, air conditioning, two bathrooms. Walking distance to central Florence. Good communication but having to phone to complete entry could be a barrier for some people. On the pricey side but really enjoyed staying there."

"Fin og romslig leilighet. Buss holdeplass rett utenfor døra med god forbindelse til sentrum. Innsjekk og utsjekk gikk smidig. Anbefales!"

"The hotel had an antique feel and was very clean and well kept. The staff were all friendly and helpful with directions, and the amenities and breakfast were excellent. Having wine and a light snack every evening was a delightful bonus. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Bel hôtel, joli jardin, très bien situé"

"Lovely stay in a beautiful building, right in the heart of Florence. Definitely felt more luxurious than a 3*. Stayed with our 2 children in the family room and there was plenty of space for all of us."
