"The hotel is in a convenient location, close to the train station and in easy walking distance of the city centre. It is a little outdated and could do with modernisation. The room we had was lovely and big, but the corner bath was difficult to get in and out of to use the shower. Our biggest issue was the noise from the housekeeping staff, despite having a 'Do Not Disturb' sign on the door one morning, they were talking loudly, using mobile phones and banging about right outside our door, even...

"We choose this hotel, because it was one of few in the Treviso airport region that had a pool! And what a good find! Really lovely area, quiet but plenty to do if you wanted and close to Venice. I travel a lot and the customer service at this hotel was outstanding!! The staff are a credit. "
