Located in the Eyrac beach area, 500m from the Casino, 900m from Thiers Pier and the train station, this renovated 30m² one-bedroom apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beachfront condominium with elevator and direct beach access. Entrance:
- Double living room with a double sofa bed (140x190) / dining area, TV, opening onto an east-facing terrace with furniture.
Separate kitchen: oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, ceramic hob, extractor hood, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and Nespresso machine.
- Small bedroom with a double bed (140x190).
- Shower room / separate toilet.
Parties are strictly prohibited in the rental (indoor and outdoor).

Liked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr neu, großzügig und modern eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts. Auch die Schlaf-Nische ist bequemer als ursprünglich befürchtet, lässt sich per Schiebetür vom Wohnzimmer abtrennen. Der Balkon bietet einen direkten Blick auf den Strand. Der bequeme Tiefgaragenparkplatz rundet das Gesamtbild ab. Sehr zu empfehlen !
