FAMILY TYPE RENT, QUIET TO PRESERVE
Splendid new villa (2011) spacious, bathed in sun (south, west orientation) all modern equipment, located in a very quiet dead end and overlooking the forest of Mouleau. It is 1 km from the Mouleau beach (5 min by cycle paths), 2 km from the Arcachon golf course, 1 km from the Arcachon tennis courts and 200 m from the shops.
It consists of a living room with dining room of 80 m2, a fully equipped American kitchen, 4 bedrooms with double beds (3 of 160 and 1 of 140), a bedroom with 4 bunk beds of 90, 2 bathrooms shower and a bathroom, 2 toilets and a laundry with drying machine. Each room has been carefully decorated which gives this modern villa an authentic and typical character of the Arcachon Bay. All rooms have electric shutters.
This villa is open to large bays (3 and 4 M) opening onto a 120 m2 grating terrace exposed all day to the sun where there is a swimming pool with protection.

Magnifique !
La maison de Jean-Marie et Michèle est magnifique, encore plus belle que ce que l'on peut s'imaginer avec les photos. La localisation est idéale: 20min du Moulleau et 30min du centre d'Arcachon à pied. Je recommande grandement cette maison pour des séjours en famille plutôt que pour des groupes d'amis car voisine à proximité. Le check-in et check-out se sont fait sans problème, très bonne communication rendue facile par Jean-Marie et Michèle, nous sommes très satisfaite de notre séjour.

Très bon WE en famille
Un temps magnifique dans une maison très agréable pour un excellent WE en famille (11 personnes). Contact et disponibilité des propriétaires très faciles. L’alimentation du chauffage de la piscine aurait été un plus mais nous avons pu pleinement profiter des extérieurs durant ce WE.

Très belle maison bien décorée et agréable!
La maison est conforme à la description, bien équipée et très jolie. Très bon contact par téléphone avec la propriétaire, en revanche la société présente pour la passation des clés n'a pas du tout été d'un accueil chaleureux, les lits n'étaient pas fait alors que nous avions payé... dommage que ça n'est pas été les propriétaires qui accueillaient cela se serait sûrement mieux passé!

Nous avons passé un week-end parfait chez Michèle et Jean Marie. La communication pré-séjour a été très facile et Michèle a été très arrangeante sur les heures d’arrivée / départ Son accueil a été plus chaleureux et ses conseils de sortie parfaits ! La maison est superbe et très bien entretenue. Elle dispose de tout le confort possible ( barbecue / plancha / couverts / assiettes / verres / machine à café etc ... Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir !
