The apartment has an east-facing bedroom with two 90 cm beds pushed together ([hidden], one king-size bed), a small closet, and direct access to the balcony. The bathroom is equipped with a shower stall and a washing machine. The living room, with a dining area, television, and a sofa, opens onto the balcony. The separate kitchen, equipped with two electric burners, a small 4-place dishwasher, and a small refrigerator, is lit by a window. The east-facing balcony, furnished with outdoor furniture, offers unobstructed views of the Ville de Printemps and the surrounding residences. Please note: The decor and amenities are decidedly dated, reflecting a bygone era.
