Recent house, inhabited all year round, with many modern amenities, including integrated air conditioning, can accommodate 6 people, with 3 bedrooms, 2 WC, 1 bathroom.

Garden of 40 m2 with terrace, electric awning blind combined barbecue and gas plancha bottle, garden furniture and dining table with 6 chairs.
Private parking on the ground outside the house and places available in the residence.

Séjour en famille à Arcachon

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour de deux semaines dans cette maison à la propreté irréprochable. Les propriétaires sont charmants et nous ont accueillis avec chaleur, avant de nous donner de très bons conseils sur les activités dans la région. La maison est très bien située à Arcachon, dans un quartier calme, permettant à la fois de profiter de la ville à pied et de prendre rapidement les routes vers les différents lieux à visiter et les plages océanes. Rajoutons enfin que les nombreux magasins à proximité de la maison transforment la corvée des courses en formalité. Encore merci aux propriétaires, nous y reviendrions avec plaisir.

Superbe séjour !

Très bon logement proposé avec un superbe accueil des propriétaires. Cette maison est très bien équipée et permet de rejoindre très facilement (en vélos !) les plages et alentours ! Une très belle adresse pour découvrir ou re-découvrir cette belle région. Merci encore aux propriétaires pour les conseils !!

Très bien. A recommander

Nous étions 3 amies à partager la location. Nous avions chacune notre chambre. Bonne literie, très bien dormi. Pas de bruit extérieur. Maison située dans une petite résidence avec parking, facile d accès. A la intérieur, belle espace pour avoir ses aisé. Cuisine aménagée. Un conseil, penser à apporter produits de base huile, vinaigre, sel, poivre...couteau a légume, sets de table, sinon au niveau ustensiles tout y est. Beau petit coin terrasse et coin repas... attention aux moustiques... prévoyez 🙂 Merci au propriétaire pour son chaleureux accueil et ses conseils.

Magnifique séjour à Arcachon

Logement spacieux, lumineux, bien agencé et très bien équipé. Propreté et confort au top ! Idéalement situé dans une petite résidence très calme, à la limite Arcachon/La Teste de Buch, il est à environ 15-20 min en voiture de la Dune du Pyla. Des commerces sont à proximité, ainsi que des pistes cyclables. Accueil chaleureux et sympathique de la part des propriétaires (produits régionaux offerts) ! Nous avons passé un excellent séjour, un grand merci Mr et Mme Courteix !

Très agréable séjour

En famille, de 14 à 80 ans, nous avons passé un très agréable séjour à Arcachon dans cette maison très agréable à vivre et propre. Nous avons notamment apprécié le petit mais charmant jardin, la propreté, les volumes, la climatisation très utile en période de canicule, la literie, les vélos de prêt et le calme ambiant. Petit bémol, la distance à pied du centre et des plages n'est pas adaptée à des personnes âgées ou à mobilité réduite. Le vélo s'avère ainsi la solution idéale.

Très bon séjour à Arcachon, plus particulièrement la partie de l’aiguillon! Cela nous a permis de mieux connaître cette partie d arcachon! Le quartier de l aiguillon est génial avec tous ces commercants! Proche de tout pour les marcheurs et coureurs! Maison parfaite, hôtes très sympathique! Très bonnes vacances! Il ne manquait qu une semaine supplémentaire!

Séjour très agréable au bassin d'Arcachon

Le logement est très propre, lumineux et bien équipé. Situé au calme, à la limite Arcachon/La Teste de Buch, il est à environ 15-20 min en voiture de la Dune du Pyla et 20-30 min des plages océanes. Des commerces sont à proximité, ainsi que des pistes cyclables. Les propriétaires sont très accueillants et attentionnés. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

Excellent location to explore the Arcachon area

The owners were very friendly and welcoming. The accommodation was very clean and comfortable. We ate every meal outside and made use of the awning to keep us in the shade. The location is perfect and easy to get onto the main roads to travel to the Atlantic beaches. We enjoyed the walk into the town centre from the nearby harbour area.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Ein Highlight.

Wir haben überhaupt nichts auszusetzen. Das Haus, die Vermieter, die Nachbarn, die Umgebung, die Franzosen einfach alles super gut und super Nett. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr zentralen Lage, man kommt in der Umgebung einfach schnell überall hin. Zu fuss oder aber mit dem Fahrrad, auf Radfahrer wird auch viel Rücksicht genommen. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es sehr ruhig. Das Haus ist super sauber und mordern eingerichtet. Elektrische Jalousien und Markise, Klimaanlage, GAS Grill, großem modernen Kühlschrank, schnelles WLAN, 3D Fernseher sogar mit Filmen. WII Spielkonsole. Es fehlte uns an nichts. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Uns wurden auch noch nette Willkomenspräsente überreicht. Vielen Dank dafür! Die Nachbarn waren nett und interessiert und immer für einen Smalltalk bereit. In der Umgebung ist man sehr schnell bei großen Supermärkten und aber auch Restaurants, Bäcker, Shopping Meile. Klimatisch hat uns sehr gut gefallen, das es nie zu heiss und immer schön warm war und so gut wie nicht geregnet hat. Wolken sind meistens schnell verflogen. Wie wir hörten ist die Gegend im Juli und August eine Schönwetter-Garantie.

Location confortable pour séjour réussi

Maison à la décoration chaleureuse, pratique, bien équipée, et au final très agréable à vivre en couple ou en famille. L'emplacement est calme et il permet de rejoindre à pied les commerces, la ville et les plages. Nombreuses activités possibles autour du bassin, avec de très beaux endroits naturels. Propriétaires sympathiques et attentionnés, bons ambassadeurs de la station et de sa région. Une location qui sort de l'ordinaire, et donne envie de rester plus longtemps ! Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé 2 excellentes semaines dans cette maison très agréable et facile à vivre, propre, avec nos 2 enfants en bas âge et un couple d'amis: jardinet avec terrasse très appréciés, bcp d'espace dans le salon (idéal pour développer le quatre pattes de notre choupette!...) Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques et accueillants, avaient prévu une barrière de sécurité pour notre petite...une attention de leur part parmi d'autres. Le livre d'accueil est complet et "personnel" (basé sur le vécu des propriétaires: pas besoin de passer par la "case office de tourisme"): nous nous sommes pas mal appuyés dessus pour nos activités et escapades. La maison est située dans une petite residence calme avec quasiment tout à proximité, voire tout. Nous serions bien restés une 3 ème semaine!!

Très belle location

Maison spacieuse et bien tenue, particulirement bien équipée avec des éléments modernes, décorée avec goût, et qui "sent" la vie. Quartier très calme avec résidents sympathiques. Accueil chaleureux, propriétaires très attentionnés. Proche du port de l'Aiguillon, des plages du front de mer et du centre ville. En été prévoir des vélos pour simplifier la vie à Arcachon. Mérite notre recommandation.
