The east-facing balcony is decorated with furniture and offers a partial view of the Arcachon basin, equipped with a vertical blind to protect from the sun and ensure privacy. A parking space is available in the basement. The apartment is equipped with Internet and WIFI. It is bright, very pleasant and perfectly equipped. The contemporary decoration and quality bedding add to the comfort. Easy to maintain with its parquet and tiled floors, this apartment does not allow the presence of animals.
