In a luxury residence Grand Hotel (3rd floor with elevator) in the hyper center of Arcachon, beaches and shops at the foot of the residence.
Apartment comprising entrance with cupboard, living room with sofa bed for 2 people, TV, dining area. Separate kitchen with fridge/freezer, LL, Krups coffee maker, kettle, toaster, induction hob, LV, oven and microwave. Bedroom with 160 bed, TV and cupboard, bedroom with 140 sofa bed for 2 people and mezzanine access with extra heater. Shower room with WC and separate WC.
Secure overhead parking
End of stay cleaning included.

Situation excellente

Emplacement idéal avec des enfants en bas age pour se rendre à la plage. L'appartement est bien desservi ; la cuisine est petite mais dispose de tout ce dont nous avons besoin. L'électroménager est très bien entretenu ce qui est appréciable. Juste une déception concernant la vétusté du lit d'appoint sur la mezzanine qui serait vraiment à changer. Notre petit fils de 10 ans n'a pas pu y dormir.
