"We loved staying here. The bed was very comfortable and the room location was quiet. We arrived later than expected and the host called to check on us which was very nice. We made arrangements for the key. It is actually around the corner from where TomTom took us, so if using that system just continue until end of road and turn left and it is there on the left. "Khiara our host was incredibly welcoming and hospitable. The room was well kept with its own private balcony as well as a shared balcony at the front. Plants and cacti littered the walk way and balcony with such beauty, it really shows how much care goes into the property. The area was quiet and walkable along the beach front, and restaurants and café options available. I would highly recommend making this your next stay. I know when we return to Oristano, we will be staying here again. Thanks!!"

"We stayed in ground floor accomodation. Problem with lounge area. Not private. Sofa bed for sleeping 3rd person had no privacy. Lounge and kitchen open to all those occupying floors above ours as they entered building from street level front door. No wall or door to give privacy which was rather disconcerting. Also no security for personal property. Although we had private bedroom for two and private bathroom the description of the property was not as advertised. "

"The place was friendly...as I was only guest and I had enough attention. This is a really quiet area, which guarantees very quiet sleep. On the other hand: nothing much to do in the evening except dinner in nearby maybe too expensive restaurant. I got reasonably good breakfast, parking was just behind the gate. Host was very friendly older Dude. Thanks! "

"Es ist in der Vorsaison einsam. Aber dies wollte ich. Man ist umgeben von einer unglaublichen Natur. Strand direkt vor der Tür, 180 Grad Meerblick vom Balkon, gemütlich eingerichtetes Apartment, Berge, Lagunen, kurvige Straßen… ungezähmte Natur. Traumhaft. Einkaufen und tanken sind 18 km weiter weg - Guspini. Das muss man wissen. Tank voll, Lebensmittel kaufen und ab. Danke Francesca!!! 😍😘"

"You need to know that the villa is not crowded in with other vacation places in the area- it stands apart and alone above the Mediterranean. All the amenities are very good- pool is excellent! The beach is walking distance and great. Food is more of a problem as the kitchen is not set up for lots of fine cooking; there are good restaurants but know these are mostly 20-30 minutes away by car. Overall my freinds and I thought this was a superb stay."
