"We got what we expected nothing great but nothing bad. Only problem we had was we took the shuttle that they recommended to the cruise ship terminal. It was packed so it was very uncomfortable and our luggage was damaged because the vehicle was totally full. We will take an Uber next time."

"Hotel was nice but getting a shuttle bus was difficult. Instruction on their website was very vague. I called the hotel and was told where to go and waited for a long time. She did not tell me I had to call them to have shuttle bus to pick us up! That was NOT nice."

"The hotel is in a pretty convenient location in relation to the airport. The staff were more than helpful. The building itself could do with some cleaning and updating. There was a red stain in the carpet in one of the rooms we booked. The air is not sufficient for the size of the room so the sitting area and bath stay much warmer, which wasn't good in our case because it was around 80 degrees outside and the hotel didn't have any of the hallway air conditioners running (at least on our...

"Room was great and large and clean BUT the shower head was very dated and had seen better days and we had some ants in our bathroom on the 3rd floor (which is strange). Pool was nice and breakfast was good. 4.8 stars"

"Breakfast- closed at 9 which i thought was too early for my kiddos - but i was incredibly grateful the host gave me a few slices of bread to toast."
