"This was my second time staying at the property. It’s a perfect little sanctuary, close to everything and has everything you need. The location is great, has off street parking, and a private fenced back patio. I’ll definitely stay here again when I next travel to the area."

"We were very happy staying at sleeping bear cabin. More lighting in the living room for reading would be nice. Also just fyi the clasps on the hot tub cover were broken and the top of the dishwasher rack was broken on the left side but everything worked… property manager was awesome! Would recommend in a heartbeat!"

"Everything was great. The property was so nice. Nicely decirated. Loved being able to use the garage with the remote. Most if the lughr switches were labled which was super helpful. The only 7sdue was the price/night on the listing. Gave one price but then on the booking total included a host fee and another $85 fee that was not clear what it was for. Felt misleading initially. However, we will choose this property to stay at again if available."

"This is a charming little cabin with updated amenities. Shawn and Sarah are attentive to guests needs, providing a very comfy bed, precut firewood for campfires, barbecue grill, fish food for the stocked pond, etc. We went up for the Father's Day weekend, fished in the creek, paddled the canoes on the pond, fed the fish, relaxed in the hottub and by the campfire and never left the property! If I had to give a negative, I would prefer the cabin was a little more secluded, but that's just me:)"

"We had a great stay. The house isn’t very far from Pagosa and was an easy drive into Durango as well. The property is in a neighborhood, but feels very private, especially the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans and utensils. You’ll definitely want 4WD or AWD to get in and out of the driveway if the weather is wet at all."

"Very nice well maintained and appointed property. The property was also very conveniently located. We did have a couple of minor issues: 1. We found no instructions on how to work the TV’s 2. Apparently the water heater has an automatic shutoff. After going without hot water for the first day we finally figured out how to turn on the water heater manually. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and the property."

"We had a great stay in early November. There is a shooting range close by, lots of public property for hiking, fishing and just enjoying the amazing views of SW Colorado. The home is all on one level with lots of room for a big group. The manager Danielle was very responsive and everything was as advertised."

"This was the perfect base camp for our adventure in the San Juan Mountains. We loved the Durango Silverton Narrow Gauge Railway. And Mesa Verde National Park, Pagosa Springs and Chimney Rock are all worth a visit. I highly recommend the San Juan Skyway!!"

"Sky Ute is a beautiful facility! The rooms are gorgeous and spacious. The beds were quite comfortable. The pool was unlike anything we have ever seen. There was a lazy river, and an S-shaped bed with water jets that felt like floating. Staff were very kind."
